LGBTQ+ Youth

Held the fourth Thursday of each month, starting at 6:30 PM.

Our LGBTQ+ Youth Group allows Athens-area youth to find community and forge friendships with people like them! This is a relaxed space designed to offer a hangout for our kids, with games and food supplied.

QTBIPOC Voices

Held the third Sunday of each month, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

We’re are so excited for our newest support group centered around connection and community for queer and trans Black, Indigenous, and people of color in and around Athens.

TRANS Support

Held the second Monday from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and the fourth Saturday of each month, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

Focusing on the joy, health, and wellness of our Trans siblings, this group gathers once a month for support, love and community.

Gender Affirming Care

GRAIL BRA

APQC partners with Grail Bra Specialists to facilitate access to free gender-affirming undergarments. Grail offers an inclusive space and believes that everybody has equal worth and deserves comfort, dignity, and respect. Grail has a variety of bras, binders, and other gender-affirming garments in a large range of sizes and styles to fit any needs you may have. Visit grailbras.com for further information.

APQC GRANTS

Athens Pride & Queer Collective’s Gender-Affirming Care Grant provides financial support to transgender and gender-expansive Georgians seeking gender-affirming surgeries and related medical care. This program exists to reduce the financial barriers that often delay or prevent individuals from accessing procedures that are essential to their health, safety, and well-being.

Parents of LGBTQ+ Youth Group

In partnership with APQC, PFLAG Athens Area hosts a monthly discussion circle for parents/allies of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals to come together, discuss their thoughts, and find community and support with one another.
