PrideFest

For many years, Athens Pride celebrated our community with a fall event situated a few miles from downtown. The first Pride Parade in Athens history was held in June of 2023. Long overdue, the community response was nothing short of overwhelming, with thousands of people lining the streets of downtown Athens to cheer on participants. In June of 2025, the two events were combined, to form our summer celebration, PrideFest.
